the Business model

BOISE DESIGN WEEK as a business will have Three primary focuses. VIDEO PRODUCTION, SPONSORSHIPS, and EVENT MANAGEMENT.


The VIDEO PRODUCTION side will focus not only on social media content but also in producing our own entertainment — fiction series, docu-series, reality tv, competition/elimination, short films, features, documentaries, etc. — centered around creativity, innovation, and design.

One of our goals of BDW is to bring awareness to all industries of design, and being a Production Studio allows us actively and strategically work towards that goal.

The SPONSORSHIPS side will focus on providing opportunities to innovators of all shapes and sizes. Similar to how Red Bull sponsors athletes, we want to sponsor emerging designers, artists, and even studios who are pushing the bounds of their craft.


The EVENT MANAGEMENT side will focus on our premier event, BOISE DESIGN WEEK (our name sake) — an epic 5 day event focused on providing a value rich, awe inspiring experience showcasing the multi-disciplinary industries of design, as well as organizing and hosting smaller networking events throughout the year.
